  1. Italian Chicken

Although it requires some time to cook, it is a very easily prepared meal that comes across as being fancy and delicious. Serves 6.

Ingredients:

6 skinless and boneless chicken breasts

One bottle Italian- Style Dressing

Directions:

  1. Cut Chicken Breasts in half
  2. Pour dressing in a bag, put breasts in, marinate in the fridge for an hour- to overnight
  3. Set the oven to 350 degrees
  4. Remove chicken, throw out bag with remaining dressing, and put on a baking dish
  5. Bake for 1 hour until cooked completely through

 

  1. Apple Pie Bites

One of the easiest snack I have every made. With a prep time of 5 minutes and a cook time for 10, it is great for and afternoon snack or a last-minute party. Serves 16.

Ingredients:

2 Cans of Apple Pie Filling

2 Crescent Roll Packages

Cinnamon

Sugar

4 Tablespoons of butter, melted

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Take out two cookie pans
  3. Roll out the crescent rolls on the pan
  4. Brush melted butter on the rolls
  5. Mix cinnamon and sugar, sprinkle on rolls
  6. Distribute apple pie filling evenly on each roll
  7. Roll up
  8. Bake for 8 minutes, until golden brown

 

  1. Dump Cake

Otherwise known as an Upside-Down Cake, this cake flips everything. Fruit on the bottom with cake on the top, it is a quick and easy dessert that anyone could make. Serves 12.

Ingredients: 

Can of Crushed Pineapple

Can of Cherries

Box of Plain Cake Mix

2-3 Table spoons of butter, melted

Directions: 

  1. Spread crushed pineapple in a 9×13 inch pan using a flat spatula
  2. Spread drained cherries over it
  3. Sprinkle ½ box of plain cake mix over the fruits
  4. Drizzle 2-3 tablespoons over the cake mix
  5. Put your own topping (nuts, sprinkles, ext.)
  6. Bake for 20 minutes at 350

 

  1. Bacon and Cheese

Wonderfully quick, easy, and tasty appetizer. Baked with everyone’s favorite ingredients: Cheese, butter, and bacon. Serves 24.

Ingredients  

No-Stick cooking spray

½ cup sour cream

1 tablespoon water

1 cup pancake mix (just add water type)

1/3 cup of bacon, crumbled

1.2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons of butter, melted

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Stir water and sour cream together
  3. Add in cheese, bacon, and the pancake mix
  4. Stir just until moistened
  5. Create 24 little balls and put on cookie sheet
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes
  7. Brush with melted butter
