Ranking the seasons

Jaden Cheloha, Staff Writer

Since students are starting to go back to school, they don’t have as much free time as they had during the summer. We are still in a pandemic, though, so if you find yourself bored of scrolling through TikTok on the weekend, here’s a different way to waste your time. My sister and I decided to rank the seasons, but not in a simple 1, 2, 3, 4 ranking. In our list, there are 8 categories in which you rank them. You then collect the number of what place each season was in (say winter was ranked first in a certain category, then you would give winter 1 point), and then you would tally up all those points. The season with the lowest number is then your favorite season according to our method.

The 8 categories: weather, activities, aesthetic, holidays, mood, scent, food, and sports seasonsIf you don’t want to include a certain category in your ranking, you don’t have to, and if you want to add one not included, change this list up however you like. I used all 8 categories in my ranking.
